Yields 10 guests

To make the Citrus Syrup (yields 750ml)

300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g caster sugar

To make the Drink (produces 850ml, to serve 10)

400ml decent vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (see above)
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish

Directions

Making the Cordial: Combine all the ingredients inside a saucepan, bring to a light boil, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Then, remove from the heat allowing it to cool down fully. Transfer into a clean bottle, seal and store in the refrigerator, it can be stored for about one month.

Preparing the Premix: Combine every spirits and syrup in a big jug, let it rest for an hour, then filter it best through muslin, so it's completely strained.

To serve: Pour 85ml of the cocktail base into a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir lightly for one minute to chill. Filter into a cold coupe glass or equivalent, decorate with a few cranberries and complete it with a brief mist of the essential oil above the glass.
